A Bit About Me
Stuart Platt co-founded SPC Investors in 2023. He is primarily focused on development and construction, in addition to overseeing the firms private capital relationships.
A graduate of the University of Denver with a BA in 1992 and MA in 1994, Stuart started his career working in management for Herman Miller, one of the largest commercial office furniture manufacturer’s in the world. Transitioning from the commercial furniture world, he started and managed one of the largest commercial flooring contractors in Colorado. During his twenty two years in commercial construction, he continued expanding his entrepreneurial spirit by becoming a venture capitalist to numerous successful companies.

His real estate investment and development experience started when he began investing and building his real estate portfolio with industrial properties, multi-family development, and commercial properties. Stuart’s extensive construction experience, creative business and real estate experience have proven to be a consistent theme for financial success.
